Today will be my only post all week because I'll be en route to my parents' house very early Wednesday morning and staying there until Sunday. Sadly, this also means there will be no story this week. I usually have pretty limited Internet access when I'm at my parents' place because even though they've finally rid themselves of AOL, I find their computer incredibly frustrating. Maybe I've just become a Mac snob. Regardless, I will miss you all.
It should go without saying that I'm giving thanks to all of you this year! I started this blog not really knowing what I wanted from it, but you all have given it a sense of purpose, so thank you.
And, a HUGE thank you to my contributors! Without you, this blog wouldn't even exist. I've been so impressed with the quality of writing each of you have submitted and am so, so happy that I'm able to publish your stories.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving! Please feel free to leave your traditions (sentimental or quirky) in the comments, and if you'd like to say what you're thankful for, you can do that too. Oh, and if you're not American, please enjoy eating like one on Thursday.
